Life was never easy, even to a young Korean named Sandara Park.
She moved to the Philippines with her family at a young age. Despite of the difficulties living in a new country she managed to learn and adapt well. She overcame the language barriers in time, learning English and Filipino (Tagalog) fluently.
In early 2000, she enrolled for some voice classes at the Center for Pop Music.
In 2004, she found herself joining a reality show, Star Circle Quest, in search of new young stars. With her charisma and ability to give a good rapport, the entire county (Philippines) have loved and endeared her. She may have had some shortcomings but she proved herself to be a star to look forward to. She etched her name in Philippine TV History by having garnered approximately 500,000 text/SMS votes during the last episode and a grand total of 2,000,000 text/SMS votes from the public viewers through the entire duration of the show. With much public support she came in as a runner up and her showbiz career began.
After her showbiz career in the Philippines took the slow slope, she found herself back in her home country, South Korea. Starting anew, YG Entertainment took hold of her. She have been doing vocal, dancing, acting trainings for a while now and is expected to make an acting debut soon.
